By accessing or using Bebo Work ("the Service"), operated by Bebo Studio Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Bebo Work is a white-label, AI-powered business operating system designed for small and medium businesses. The Service includes:

• Project and task management tools
• Financial tracking and invoicing
• AI-powered business assistant
• Customizable public website builder
• Client and contact management
• Document and file storage
• Email integration and communication tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

Bebo Work offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges
• Accept that subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

Free tier users may be subject to usage limits and reduced functionality as specified in our pricing documentation.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

You are responsible for all content you upload, store, or transmit through the Service and must ensure you have the necessary rights to such content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bebo Studio Pte Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

White-label features allow you to customize the appearance of the Service for your business, but underlying technology remains our intellectual property.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You acknowledge that AI features may process your data to provide intelligent assistance. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency repairs or security updates
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime and restore service as quickly as possible during unplanned outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bebo Studio Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Breach these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay applicable fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
